At Minah's, great pride is taken is an always fresh product. Our cakes are always fresh and never frozen. We meet with you and find out a little about you so that your custom made cake fits your style and we can give you a perfect match.
All of our cakes and desserts are made with great care and love. Rest assured we will take pride in what we create for you and your special occasion. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure your satisfaction.
Minah's makes their cakes fresh by order. All icing is individually made so you are getting the freshest product available. Fresh fruit and ingredients are used when in season and available. Many ingredients are fresh from my garden and organic.
Most cakes are center of attention at any event. Minah's believes that it should be a spectacular and artistic creation, giving it a WOW factor for you and your guests.
While Minah's can not compete with mass marketing and offer their prices, neither will Minah's offer frozen products.
Cakes ordered from grocery or chain stores are frozen (sometimes for an extended period), thawed and slapped together with a generic icing.
Many of these places can not and will not go beyond what their corporation requires, They are bound by guidelines of what they are allowed to do. Many allow 10 minutes per cake for decorating. Assembly line production is the goal....mass marketing unfortunately.
